Upon Waking
After I tongue scrape, brush my teeth and put clothes on …. I meditate while the sun rises. There’s an app called “insight timer” that has a bunch of guided meditations on there- give it a shot!
Pre Workout
Some sort of protein (typically over medium eggs on sourdough - chx sausage if I have it). Drink my creatine and aminos to fuel the day.
At Home Option
I use an app called “we rise" by Senada Greca. ITS AMAZING. I’m a firmmmm believer in strength training. She not only has a ton of training options to fit your at home or in gym workouts- but she adjusts the work out based off your “cycle”… So when I’m in my luteal phase- it adjusts!! WILD. Of course she has meal plans and other add ons while you’re in there.
Progress over Perfection
30 minutes a day is better than 0. minutes a day. This compounds faster than you think it will ….so consistency is KEY. Schedule around it- make it happen- don’t overthink it.
